The Claim

Once you have decided upon your legal claims and have registered with ACAS for your early conciliation certificate then the next step is to start drafting your ET1, which is the claim form used by the Employment Tribunal. We can help you to draft your ET1 here

05

Ongoing Support

Throughout your claim you can use our letter and document templates for most of the correspondence that you will need or you can always book a support call with one of our support coaches.

02

Starting the process

If you decide that you would like to start a claim in the Employment Tribunal then once you have established the correct legal grounds for your claim you need to start early conciliation by contacting ACAS.

We can help you with some of this by booking a support call . We would always recommend that you submit a Data Subject Access Request to your employer at this stage to start to gather evidence for your case.

04

Claim underway

Once your claim is underway there will be various stages that you will need to follow to ensure your claim is successful. Sometimes the Employment Tribunal will send you notifications of what you need to do and at other times you will be expected to take the lead. We know this can be daunting. You can get support to draft documents or letters yourself through our templates page  or you can always book a support call with us and we will do the work for you.
