Service Description
An ET1 is a legal form used to start a claim in an employment tribunal in England and Wales. Proceedings cannot start unless the tribunal receive this form, fully completed. There are clearly specific timescales (deadlines) for submitting the form and failure to adhere to these can potentially be fatal to any claim. Within the ET1 there is a section called the Particulars of Claim and this is where you specifically outline the detail of your claim, including the very specific legal grounds you rely on to support your case. For some this can be quite daunting and certainly a complex task and if this section is badly drafted or if you miss out key information then you could damage your case going forward. To give your claim the best possible start to its life in the tribunal system, we will spend up to 40 minutes with you on a video call and gather all of the relevant information from you and draft your Particulars of Claim document for you. We are educators and researchers and not solicitors
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things do not go to plan. You will have a maximum of ONE opportunity to reschedule a coaching call providing you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If not or you fail to connect to a call then you may forfeit your opportunity for a coaching call and any monies paid.
